Tarn End Hotel was once a prominent establishment located on the edge of Talkin Tarn but fell into disrepair in the late 1990s. Our clients acquired the property and carried out extensive renovations over a three-year period.

What were once commercial kitchens, formal dining areas, and spacious bedrooms have now been transformed into a collection of one- and two-bedroom residential units, which were sold or available for short term rental.

Kingmoor Consulting support the project across the 3 year period of renovation works undertaking remedial works design, structural design and obtaining consents for new drainage discharges from the site.
